This class is excellent for enhancing balance, flexibility, concentration, relaxation and meditation. This class will help balance muscle groups, improve posture, reduce low back pain, increase blood flow and synovial fluid to the joints, and improve muscular coordination.

Pilates is a class that focuses on the art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout (not a therapy) when properly manifested. Improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance throughout the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core, as well as improving coordination and balance.

❝Jiu Jitsu ❞

Jiu Jitsu is a Japanese martial art that focuses on throws, grappling, and groundwork. There is a special emphasis on strength training and improving flexibility.

❝Cardio Strength❞ 

INSTRUCTOR: JACKIE

Cardio Strength utilizes dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, stability balls and body weight to increase muscular endurance and strength. The instructor will target every major muscle group to help participants become stronger. You will tone and become stronger by doing the specific exercises designed to build muscle strength. There is also a flexibility component to this class designed to help your muscles not get overly sore from muscle exhaustion.

❝Spin❞

INSTRUCTOR: JACKIE

Spin is a simulated road ride on a racing style stationary bike. The instructor will guide you through rigorous hills, exhilarating sprints, jumps, and other spinning drills in various riding positions. This class is great for anyone interested in a superior fat blasting, cardiovascular workout, with little to no stress on the joints.

❝Flexibility Training❞

INSTRUCTOR: JACKIE

Flexibility training is a key component to any balanced fitness program. Increased flexibility is proven to increase physical performance, whether for the athlete or the senior participant desiring greater ease of movement in their daily life. Flexibility balances muscle groups, improves posture, decreases the chance of injury, reduces low back pain, increases blood flow and synovial fluid to the joints, and improves muscular coordination.
